I decided to include “relentless” as part of the title for my coaching company, because clients have to be relentless in order to achieve greatness. Relentless entails never giving up, working hard, not settling for less, dreaming/going big, not taking can’t as an answer and always trying their best. This also goes to me as your coach, I will work relentlessly to make sure I set you up for success. My goal is to help you reach your goals with a big smile on your face.
Relentless Endurance Coaching is special, because as your coach, I will make sure you feel and know that you are not just another client or number. I take my job very seriously, so I take the time to get to know you and what you are looking for in a coach and in a training plan. I strive to have every client feel like they are the only client, because that is how customized, one-on-one and special I make each client’s experience while they are training with me. I also respond to emails, text and comments very rapidly, so you can continue to become one step closer to reaching your goals.
I can include whatever running workout you want and exclude any workout you can’t stand. We could also work together to find a way to complete certain workouts you previously did not like and make them more fun/enjoyable. Based on your goals and current level of running/fitness, we can include any of the following running-related workouts (this does not include all of them)… easy runs, long runs, hills, tempos, threshold, track/speed, vo2 max runs, trail runs, fartlek, negative splits and/or long/short intervals. If you are looking at this and have no idea what some of these runs mean or include… do not worry; this is why I am here to help you figure it out and help you sort through it.
Depending on which plan you purchase, I can adjust your plan as many times as needed so the training fits your new lifestyle while still getting you closer to reaching your goals.
Yes, totally. Training does not necessarily end just because your race does. After you finish your race, I recommend trying the “On Going Running Coaching Plan.” Which provides guidance and coaching on race recovery, building endurance, working on weaknesses and helping you get ready for your next race or if you simply want to maintain or build fitness. This plan is billed monthly and can stop at any time
