First step: Schedule a free consultation that lasts 30 minutes to 1 hour.

A consultation over the phone or through FaceTime will allow me to get to know you better and help determine which type of plan you are looking. 

Below are the different types of plans I offer...

Customized training plans

A customized training plan is when I create a running plan designed for you based on your needs and goals from our consultation. After I send the plan to you, I will review it with you and answer any questions. Then you are all set.  

1-on-1 Coaching plans – Standard

A standard 1-on-1 Coaching plan involves creating a plan just for you and is designed to meet your needs and goals. This plan includes ongoing communication, unlimited revision/modifications and motivation.  

Choosing to include add on's

Add-ons are additional programs/tools that you can add to your standard 1-on-1 coaching plan. You can choose to add 1 or 2 of the following… Unlimited running form/gait analysis, sports nutrition recommendations based on the Dietary Guidelines for Americans (DGA) or strength training/cross-training/injury prevention. If you would like to add all 3, then I suggest looking into the 1-on-1 coaching plan premium. Each add-on is $15 per month, and you can stop at any time. 

1-on-1 Coaching plans – Premium

A premium plan includes everything that a standard 1-on-1 coaching plan contains, plus all 3 add-ons.  

On going running coaching

On-going running coaching is designed for clients who finished their customized training plan or one of the 1-on-1 coaching plans and would like additional/ongoing training, support and guidance. This plan is great for pre or post racing season and is billed monthly and can stop at any time. 

Personal training plans

A personal training plan is designed for clients who are looking to get fit, learn how to exercise and become healthier. Each plan will be customized to each client based on their current fitness level, goals and lifestyle. Each plan is billed monthly, and you can stop at any time. 

Group coaching

Prices will vary based on whether the coaching will be completed remotely or in-person. Please contact me for more information.

Free – Consultation that lasts 30 minutes to 1 hour.

  • Completing client questionnaires and waiver forms. 
  • Are you looking for a personal trainer or running coach? 
  • Determine which plan is best for you. 
  • All plans are downloaded on a free app. 
  • Discuss goals and what you are looking for in a training plan/coaching. 
  • Discuss health/running history, current fitness, weekly mileage, workouts, likes/dislikes, goal races and injuries. 
  • Determine if you are interested in running form/gait analysis, sports nutrition, cross-training exercises, strength training exercises and/or injury prevention exercises/strategies.

Add on extras to your plan

  • Unlimited running form/gait analysis  
  • Sports nutrition recommendations based on the Dietary Guidelines for Americans (DGA).  
  • Strength training/cross-training/injury prevention 

Add on - Unlimited running form/gait analysis - for $15/month

  • Unlimited running form/gait analysis (In-person or remote is possible). 
  • A running gait analysis includes videotaping you running for a few seconds from the front and backside, as well as from each side if possible. 
  • This can be performed running outside, indoor track or on a treadmill. 
  • Based on your biomechanics, I will analyze your running economy to determine where your weaknesses are so we can strengthen them and improve your running form. This will lead to efficient running (faster race/save energy) and help reduce injuries.    
  • Some of the things I will analyze during the video include relaxed arm swing, cadence/stride length, foot/ankle placement/rotation during all stages of your running phase, knee placement/rotation, hip drop/rotation and head/shoulder placement to name a few.   
  • Determine which type of pronation your feet are… there are 3 types of foot pronation, which include overpronation, underpromotion, also called supination and neutral pronation. This can help figure arch type, food indications and shoe recommendations.

Add on - Sports nutrition recommendations based on the Dietary Guidelines for Americans (DGA) - For 15/month

  • This includes information for recommended calorie intake, macronutrients (carbohydrates, protein and fats) and micronutrients (minerals and vitamins) based on the DGA. 
  • Pre/during/post workouts fueling suggestions, adequate hydration needs/strategies and race/training fueling suggestions. 
  • Portion sizes, serving sizes and food label guidance based on the DGA.

Add on - Strength training/cross-training/injury prevention - For $15/month

  • Includes specific strength exercises to perform with pictures and/or videos demonstrating how to complete the exercise, as well as the number of sets/reps.    
  • Specific cross-training workouts that indicate the duration, intensity and length of the cross-training workout. This will be incorporated into your training plan and geared towards your running goals.     
  • Injury prevention strategies include completing specific strength exercises to help prevent/reduce reoccurring injuries or if you are acceptable to injuries. As well as taping, ice/heat, elevation, foam rolling and stretching strategies.

  • This plan is geared towards clients who completed a customized training plan and/or one of the 1-on-1 coaching plans and would like to continue to have monthly coaching/support. 
  • This plan focuses less on a specific race and more on building endurance and/or speed.
  • Great for focusing on weakness and building strength. 
  • Unlimited email, text and communication during the length of the program.
  • Charged monthly, can stop at any time (Each payment is due at the beginning of each start date).

  • This plan focuses on strength training, cardiovascular endurance/speed and flexibility/mobility. 
  • This plan is not geared towards runners. 
  • This plan helps you find ways to workout at home, at a gym, in a park and/or at work. 
  • Exercises can include using exercise machines, dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands and/or just your body weight.  
  • Unlimited email, text and communication during the length of the program.
  • Charged monthly, can stop at any time (Each payment is due at the beginning of each start date).
