Relentless Endurance Coaching is a health/fitness company that offers certified running coaching and certified personal training to all ages, levels and abilities. As well as for groups or individuals. I specialize in coaching everything from 1 mile to ultra-marathons. Relentless Endurance Coaching makes sure every client’s expectations and goals are being met. Each client is very important, which is why I invest in high-quality time, consideration and planning to make sure each client receives the guidance and training to reach their goals. My motto is “If you can dream it, then let’s achieve it.” In other words, if a client has a dream/goal, then I want to help guide them through their fitness/running/nutrition journey to make their dreams/goals a reality. My mission is to empower clients to achieve their best and become healthier and happier. I am passionate about breaking down barriers and helping clients find ways to exercise/run and nourish their bodies that will be sustainable and realistic for their lives.
Relentless Endurance Coaching offers consultations, customized training plans, remote personal coaching programs and ongoing training that are 1-on-1 or in a group setting. This includes but is not limited to phone calls/FaceTime weekly check-ins, unlimited email, text and communication during the length of the program. As well as weekly mileage, day-to-day schedule, types of workouts, drills, warm-up/cool-down, mobility/flexibility techniques, running form/gait analysis, race/motivation techniques, gear suggestions, sports nutrition, strength training, cross-training and injury prevention exercises/strategies.
My coaching style is that every client is unique and deserves coaching that is customized to meet their goals, fitness and lifestyle. There might be hundreds to thousands of runners lined up at the starting line, but the journey to get there will look a little bit different for everyone. As well as the journey throughout the race. No two clients or runners are exactly the same, this is why each client needs a training plan specifically for them.
I am the type of coach that is optimistic but realistic and wants clients to have fun along the way. I am very dedicated and passionate to my work as a coach, so I will respond to questions/comments right away and never have the client waiting for days or weeks for a reply. I make every client a priority and they will never have to worry about a missing or blank spot on their training calendar. I make sure all training and workouts are laid out in an easy-to-read format and all strength training exercises will have pictures and/or videos to show how to perform the exercise correctly.
A solid well-designed customized training plan that includes specific indications of warm-up, drills, workouts with pace/intensity, cool-down and stretching.
Well-rounded nutrition that includes eating a variety of foods from all main food groups, pre/during/after workout fueling and proper intake of calories/macronutrients/micronutrients (A Registered Sports Dietitian is recommended).
A good strength training routine that includes body weight and/or equipment exercises and the number of sets/reps. Strength training helps reduce the risk of injury, improve running efficiency and strengthens weak/imbalance muscles.
Passion! Every client must have a passion for running if they want to be a runner or a passion for good health if a client is looking for a personal trainer. Having a passion to run or to exercise is crucial, because there will be times when a client does not feel or want to work out, and this is where passion and dedication comes into training. Clients have to remember why they are training in the first place, so they can push past the uncomfortable days of working out in order to reach their goals.
